HIPPA Management
- We sign a business associate agreement as soon as we finalize a contract,
before assessing the data of that client.
- Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement with severe penalties
for HIPPA violations.
- Access applications/databases defined on "need to know" and "minimum necessary" basis.
- There is a through understanding of patient confidentiality as it pertains to
medical records. It is also well known that HIPPA makes constant changes as it
incorporates or discards certain practices.
